Wallpaper of the week - Pine, the pine tree that adorns the walls

With the forest wallpaper Pine, nature and the forest move into the house. The knotty branches and symmetrical needle tufts of the pine tree are very beautiful in their simplicity, something you might not reflect upon during a forest walk where other impressions are many.

Swedish wallpaper manufacturer Sandberg, with the wallpaper Pine – available in colors white/green, light gray/white, and black/gold – has created an airy, lively, and calm wallpaper. This is how the wallpaper is described on Sandberg’s website:

“Pine is a wallpaper where the pine tree adorns the walls. In Japan, the pine tree stands for a long life, honor, and youthfulness. The tree can stand proud through centuries and the needles stay green year-round in delicate feathers, despite bitter cold and snow. The wallpaper has been designed for Sandberg by Karolina Kroon. Pine is part of the Nippon wallpaper collection, where Sandberg interprets the Japanese wabi-sabi tradition and celebrates the beauty in the simple, natural, and imperfect. In Japan, the pine tree stands for youthfulness and a long life.
