Tavla för Helsingfors - made by Julia Bäck / Work in progress 1/3

My name is Julia Bäck and you can find my name in the right corner of these three paintings. I am happy to be above the keys again and write a new work in progress post. This in turn means that there will soon be a new painting in Aveo's range. The last time I did this was half a year ago when Aveo launched my first two paintings, Vasa and Korsholm. Shortly thereafter, I picked up paper and pen again and Jakobstad got a self-portrait. Three paintings in two months. But then there was this:

At the turn of the year, I put the pen down for a while, a fairly long while, and went to Fiji. I worked as a volunteer in Fiji for 10 weeks and then played tourist in New Zealand for a month. A fantastic story, but one that doesn't belong here. A few weeks ago I have been on Finnish soil and as soon as I got home, "three days after I landed," I immediately started with the next product for Aveo. We have raised our gaze from Ostrobothnia and set our sights south. Helsinki.

Besides getting a little wiser with each painting, not much has changed in the working method since I made my first paintings and my first work in progress posts. Work in Progress 1/3, Work in Progress 2/3 and Work in Progress 3/3 can be read here. Instead of repeating myself and my previous texts, I have taken new pictures. Pictures that I share in three posts, of which this is the first. Hope you will like it.
