Store planning for Silmäasema Wasaborg Syncenter
Silmäasema is located in the historic and beautiful Wasaborg building in the center of Vaasa. Aveo had the privilege of designing Silmäasema's expanded store space and the utilized basement floor.
The key words for the planning were to create a bright and fresh space, not forgetting Silmäasema's distinctive purple color, which was retained in the form of discreet textiles and lighting. In the expanded part, the aim was to respect the historical character of the house by highlighting it in various details. A lively wallpaper wall gave the space a lift.
In the basement, office and meeting spaces were created in a style suitable for the space, maintaining a distinct basement feel that is still light and functional. The space should invite calm work, meetings, and cozy client evenings.
