Do you want to return the product?
The customer has a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date the product was received. The product being returned must be unopened and in undamaged original packaging. The product(s) being returned should always be packaged in a protective box or protective corrugated cardboard outside the original box whenever possible. No text should be written on the original box itself. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, such as custom-sized wallpapers or fabrics by the meter. The right of return also does not apply to material samples.
Print and fill out the return form, which you can find as a PDF file here (Return Form in PDF). Attach the return form visibly in the return package.
We charge a service fee of 14€ for returns, which will be deducted from the total amount of the returned products. Aveo confirms the return and refunds the payment to the account from which the payment was made. Shipping costs are not refunded.

We want to give you time to wallpaper at your leisure, so we extend the return right on unopened wallpaper rolls to 60 days. The purchase value of the product will be refunded upon return of unopened, undamaged wallpaper rolls within 60 days.
Wallpaper rolls that are returned must be undamaged in unopened original packaging. The plastic and any labels on the wallpaper rolls must not be removed. Color shades must be checked before opening the wallpaper packaging. Wallpaper rolls that are returned should be well-packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Because we care about the environment, you can still return wallpaper rolls that are left over later than 60 days from receipt, provided the wallpapers are still part of our assortment. For wallpaper rolls that are returned later than 60 days, no money will be refunded, but the customer will receive a gift card for the Aveo web shop for an amount equal to half the purchase price of the product.
The right of return does not apply to wallpaper samples. Custom-sized wallpapers and wallpapers sold by the square meter also do not have a return right.
The customer pays for the return shipping.
Do you want to return an item via freight?
A freight shipment is a shipment over 35 kg, for example, a larger piece of furniture. If you return via freight, we will return the product's price minus the shipping cost and return shipping cost. If only part of the order is returned, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and the return shipping cost will be billed if necessary.
Is the product defective?
We appreciate it if you inspect your purchase upon receiving your delivery. If you discover a defect in the received product - it is broken or has been damaged during delivery - contact Aveo via email at info@aveohome.se for further instructions. Attach a photo of the defective item. Provide the order code and contact details. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time. The complaint period is at least two months from the date you received the item.
If Aveo asks you to return the defective item, please print and fill out the PDF form here (Complaint Form in PDF). If we replace a defective product with a new one or refund your money for the product, it is always arranged on a case-by-case basis.
