Product Ordering

Orders are placed via the shopping cart in our online store and are confirmed immediately to the provided email address after payment. The minimum order amount is 1 euro.

Products requested through a quotation are only ordered once the customer has approved the quotation. The customer can track the quotation, handle all related communications, and approve the offer directly on the website by logging in.

Note! If you live in Åland, please send your order to shop@aveo.fi to receive an invoice without VAT for the products.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT (25,5%). A shipping fee of approximately 10 euros is added to every order placed through Aveo's online store. When the total order exceeds 150 euros, shipping is free (this does not apply to Marrakech Design tiles).

When placing an order, customers can also choose to pick up the products at Aveo's office located at Komossantie 253, 66820 KOMOSSA. In this case, there is no shipping fee.

If there are obvious human errors in entering prices and texts into the online store, we reserve the right to make corrections and notify the customer before delivery.

Payment

When ordering products via the shopping cart, payment is made immediately through Paytrail's payment service. Paytrail is a safe and fast way to process payments and works with all banks' online payment systems (see www.paytrail.com).

Quotations

When placing an order through a quotation, the products are ordered as soon as payment is made. To expedite the order, you can send a copy of the transaction by email to shop@aveo.fi. An unpaid order is valid for one week from the time the quotation was provided.

Invoicing

To save costs and protect the environment, the package does not contain a packing list.

We store all order information in our system. We recommend that customers create an account so they can easily review and access their information.

Delivery Time

Orders for in-stock items placed before 1 pm on weekdays are packed the same day, and the customer typically receives the products the next day or within 3 days.

The delivery time for ordered products varies from the standard 14 days to one month.

We will send your entire order in one package to respect the environment. We will ship the order as soon as all the products you have ordered are in stock.

Delivery

Customers will be notified personally by email or text message when the package is ready for pickup. The package is sent to the nearest postal location or Smartpost machine as defined by the customer's address.

Usually, the entire order is delivered at once. If a particular product in the order has an unusually long delivery time, other items may be shipped earlier.

In some exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform the customer, who has the right to cancel the order free of charge if the delay causes issues.

Want to Return a Product?

Customers have a 30-day return policy (14 days as per consumer protection law) from the receipt of the product.

The product to be returned must be unopened and undamaged in its original packaging. Plastic wrap and wallpaper roll labels must not be removed. Color shades must be checked before opening the wallpaper packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, such as made-to-order wallpapers or fabrics cut by the meter. Return rights do not apply to material samples.

Please print and fill out the return form, which can be found here as a PDF (Return Form in PDF format). We charge a service fee of 14 euros for returns. Aveo will confirm the return and refund the payment in full to the same account from which the payment was made.

Returns within Finland (excluding Åland) are free for the customer. Customers outside these areas are responsible for return shipping costs.

Is the Product Defective?

If you discover a defect in the received product – it is broken or damaged during delivery – please contact Aveo by email at shop@aveo.fi for further instructions. Attach a photo of the defective product and provide the order code and your contact information. The complaint period is two months from the product's receipt date.

If Aveo requests that you return an incorrect or defective product, you must print and complete the PDF form here (complaint form in PDF format). Free returns through the Post are available when Aveo requests that you use the code 640976 by email; otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If we replace a defective product with a new one or offer a refund instead, this will always be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery to Sweden

Aveoshop delivers orders to Sweden as well. Prices are available in SEK in the online store. Payment is made via Paytrail. Free shipping is available when the purchase exceeds 150 euros (approximately 1500 SEK). For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International Deliveries

Aveoshop ships orders worldwide. We use Posti as our shipping service. Payment for goods and shipping must be made before the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please contact Aveo by email or phone for more details. For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
